These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stacks application ("the App") and website. By using Stacks, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Stacks is a productivity tool designed to help you track time and manage tasks. We provide features including but not limited to timers, analytics, and optional cloud synchronization.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium Features: Certain features of the App require a paid subscription ("Premium").

Billing: Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Refunds: All billing and refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple. We cannot issue refunds directly.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored within the App. You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, design, and functionality, are owned by Stacks and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STACKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
